45g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
15g Coconut Flour
5g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
5g Baking Powder
70g Greek Yogurt
70g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
75g Egg Whites
2g Vanilla Extract

60g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add dry donut ingredients into a bowl (except the sprinkles) and mix to avoid clumping. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix until there is a thick batter like consistency. Add sprinkles in and mix.
2. Take a donut pan and spray each donut mold with nonstick butter spray. Add the batter evenly into all 6 molds. Add to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once done, pop out carefully and let cool for an hour or so on a cooling rack until they reach room temperature.
3. While those are cooling, make the protein frosting by adding Protein Cookie Butter into a bowl and slowly add water and mix until there is a thick icing like consistency. Then add 60g of greek yogurt and mix until there is a thick frosting-like consistency. Place in the refrigerator while donuts are cooling.
4. Once donuts are cool, add the frosting on top with a little more sprinkles and enjoy!
