Ingredients

1 Large Tortilla of your choice (I used a standard large tortilla with the macaronis of 34g Carbs, 4.5g Fat, 6g Protein)
Green Leaf Lettuce
Red Onion
Roasted Red Peppers
1oz (28g) Avocado
28g 2% Colby & Monterey Jack
Shredded Cheese
4oz of my Cooked Air Fryer Grilled Chicken

Preparation

1. Make small slit in tortilla and add veggies to first quarter, avocado to the 2nd quarter, cheese to the 3rd quarter, and chicken to the last quarter.
2. Fold the 1st quarter to the 2nd, then 2nd to the 3rd, then 3rd to the 4th.
3. Carefully add to air fryer and spray with non stick cooking spray. Add small cast iron pan on top to make sure it does fly open. Air fryer on 400 Degrees F for 6 minutes!
