6g Powdered PB
2g Coconut Flour
80g Quick Oats
2g Vanilla Extract
440ml Water
4g Zero Calorie Sweetener of Your Choice
Few Pinches of Sea Salt

Preparation

1. Place 80g of quick oats into a bowl and add 240 ml of water. Stir and then microwave oats and water for 2 minutes.
2. Take the bowl out of the microwave, stir and add exactly 150ml of water.
3. Place bowl back in microwave for 60-90 seconds. Keep an eye on the bowl so it doesn’t overflow.
4. Remove bowl from microwave and add 50ml of water. Stir slowly and until well mixed.
5. Add the dry ingredients into a separate bowl and mix well to avoid clumping. Then add these to bowl of oatmeal and mix in. Add the bowl to freezer for 30-60 minutes to help it thicken up more.
6. Now make up protein cookie butter by adding all the dry ingredients (except for mini chocolate chips) into a bowl and mixing. Then add water and mix well. You might have to add an additional splash of water (5ml-10ml) if the frosting still looks too thick. Add to fridge to keep cool while the oatmeal is cooling in the freezer.
7. Once everything has cooled, take out both the oatmeal and cookie butter and add mini chocolate chips to the cookie butter and mix in. Then add cookie butter on top followed by cereal and chocolate chips and enjoy!
