2 Josephs Lavash Breads
300g Egg Whites
1 Large Egg
2 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
20g Green Onion
Pinch of Parsley
30g Roasted Red Peppers
42g 2% Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
56g Avocado
20g Sriracha
Everything Bagel Seasoning

Preparation

1. Preheat the stovetop pan to 5/10 heat. Add your egg whites, large egg, everything bagel seasoning, chopped green onion and diced parsley.
2. Scramble eggs until there is no excess liquid but they are not dry. Looking for wet eggs.
3. Lay your lavash bread down and on one end you’ll be adding all your ingredients. First, add your laughing cow cheese wedges and then spread it out. Then add your avocado slices, roasted red peppers, sriracha, eggs, and 2% colby jack cheese. Roll up your wrap super tight and repeat this process for the other wrap.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F. Add your wraps to your air fryer and spray the tops with non-stick cooking spray. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes. Then slice up and enjoy!
