Sesame Seed Hamburger Bun of Your Choice
M A C & C H E E S E
****This batch make 4 servings of Mac & Cheese. 1 serving is on top of the burger****
112g Elbow Pasta
2 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
28g Light Shredded Mozzarella
30g Low Fat Queso

Preparation

1. Take a medium size stove top pot with cover and fill it up halfway with water. Add to burner on high heat and bring to boil. Once brought to a boil, remove the cover and turn the heat down to 2/10. Add the macaroni. Mix every minute or so and cook for a total of 4-6 minutes or until macaroni is at a desired softness.
2. Once macaroni is done, drain in a colander in the sink.. Toss around until the water is drained and then the macaroni back to the pot and 2/10 heat. Add cheese slices, mozzarella and queso. Add the cover on top and let it melt for a minute or two. Then mix around till all the cheese is melted.
3. To make the burger, take 5oz 96/4 lean ground beef and add sea salt and garlic powder to it. Mix in and form into a burger patty. Add to the stove pan preheated on 6/10 heat. Cook without cover on until the brown is starting to come up the sides. Then flip and cook till a desired level of wellness.
4. When everything is ready, add the burger and 1/4th of the mac & cheese to the buns and enjoy!
