40g Old Fashioned or Quick Oats
30g Chocolate Level-1 or Protein of Choice
12g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder
10g Black Cocoa Powder
3g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
200ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1.5 Reduced Fat OREOs
1. Add all your ingredients (except almond milk and Oreos) into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
2. Then slowly add in your almond milk and mix till all is combined. It will not be as thick as cookie dough but will be once you add it to the fridge to thicken up.
3. Mix in your crushed Oreos and then add to the fridge for about an hour and then you are good to go!
