Ingredients
45g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
45g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder
25g Black Cocoa Powder
4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
115g Plain NonFat Greek Yogurt
2.5 Oreos
Preparation
1. Add all your ingredients (except OREOs) into your food processor and process until a dough ball is formed. Add to the fridge until longer sticky to the touch. Should take 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Once no longer sticky to the touch, split the dough into 3 equal parts. Then roll with your hands one of the dough pieces into a thick rope. Then connect each end of the dough into a donut shape and press together those ends. Repeat this process for your other 2 donuts.
3. Now take your crushed OREOs and press into the outsides of the donuts.
4. Then it’s time to enjoy!
