15g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
6g Powdered PB
5g Coconut Flour
5g Mini White Chocolate Chips
20g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (can sub with 20ml of water)
1. Mix all of the dry ingredients (except the mini white chocolate chips) in a bowl to avoid clumping. Add in the greek yogurt and mix until there is a non-sticky cookie dough like consistency, then add in 3g worth of sprinkles. You should be able to hold it in your hand. If it’s a little too sticky, just add it to the freezer for a few minutes.
2. When the cookie dough is done cooling, wet your hands, then form it into the shape a cookie.
3. Add the mini white chocolate chips to a bowl and place it in the microwave for 15 seconds. If they’re aren’t melted, add it back to the microwave for 10 more seconds. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cookie, then top it with the rest of the sprinkles. Place it in the freezer for about an hour to set and enjoy!
