15g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
6g Powdered PB
5g Coconut Flour
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
20g Splash of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
5g White Chocolate Chips
1. Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together to avoid clumping. Then add a tiny bit of almond milk and mix. Repeat this process until there is a non sticky cookie dough like consistency. If it’s still sticky, just add it to the freezer to thicken up a bit.
2. Once dough is no longer sticky work some of the sprinkles into the dough and add to the protein bar mold and press to the bottom. Add the white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds. Then take out and mix around and then microwave one more time for 10 seconds. Then add the melted chocolate to the top of the bar in the mold and add to freezer for around an hour to ensure it is set.
3. Then carefully pop out a bar after an hour or more and enjoy!
