12g Peanut Butter Flavored Whey/Casein Protein of choice (can use vanilla)
4g Powdered PB
3g Coconut Flour
20g Pure Pumpkin
5g White Mini Chocolate Chips
1. Add all dry ingredients except your mini white chocolate chips into a bowl and mix together to avoid clumping. Then add pumpkin and mix until there is non-sticky cookie dough like consistency. Add 3g worth of mini chocolate chips in. If the dough is still sticky, place in the freezer for a few minutes.
2. Add the rest of the mini chocolate chips to a protein bar mold and then press the rest of the dough in there. This will ensure there are chocolate chips on top.
3. Then add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Then take out and mix around and then microwave one more time for 10 seconds. Then add the melted chocolate to the top of the bar in the mold and add to freezer for around an hour to ensure it is set.
4. Remove a bar after it’s been in the freezer for at least an hour and enjoy!
