Key Ingredients

Turkey Breast

Ingredients

2 Slices of Bread of your choice (mine was Sourdough and had 40g Carbs for 2 Slices)
6oz Oven Roasted Deli Turkey Breast (I use Boars Head)
42g 2% Colby Jack Cheese (Highly recommend using sliced cheese)
42g Avocado
20g Roasted Red Peppers

Preparation

1. Mash your avocado and then add to your bottom slice of bread. Top with your roasted red peppers. Then your oven roasted turkey. If you had sliced cheese instead of the shredded cheese, I’d add it here instead of having to melt it on the other slice like I did.
2. But if you have the shredded cheese, spray the pan with non-stick butter spray and add your shredded cheese to the top slice on a pan preheated to 6/10 heat. Add a tiny splash of water to the edge away from the slice and add a cover on top to melt the cheese.
3. Once melted, add your bottom slice onto the pan and add the top slice on top. Add your burger press on top to help with the toasted panini.
4. About 3-4 minutes toasting on each side and then it’s time to enjoy!
