1 Large Tortilla of your choice (I used a standard large tortilla with the macaronis of 34g Carbs, 4.5g Fat, 6g Protein)
24 Turkey Pepperonis
42g Part Skim Mozzarella

Preparation

1. Make small slit in tortilla
2. Add 12 Turkey Pepperonis to 1st quarter
3. 21g Part Skim Mozzarella to the 2nd quarter
4. 12 more Turkey Pepperonis to the 3rd quarter
5. 21g more of the Mozzarella to the last quarter
6. Then fold the 1st quarter to the 2nd, then 2nd to the 3rd, then 3rd to the 4th.
7. Carefully add to the air fryer and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add a small cast iron pan on top to make sure it does fly open. Air fryer on 400 Degrees F for 6 minutes! Then enjoy!
