Sweet Potato

Ingredients

1 Large Sweet Potato (about 300-320g raw with skin)
15g Flex Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or protein of your choice) Code “FDL” saves you 15%
4g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
30g Mini Marshmallows

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Now take a sweet potato and poke a handful of holes into it with a fork. Lightly wet a paper towel and wring out any of the extra liquid. Wrap the sweet potato in the paper towel and add the microwave for 3 minutes. Then take out and flip over and microwave for another 3 minutes.
2. Once sweet potato is finished, slice open and remove the skin. Add the sweet potato to a bowl and mash with a fork till smooth. Add the protein powder and sweetener to the sweet potato and mix till smooth.
3. Now add to two oven safe bowls and cover each with 15g mini marshmallows. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes till melted. Take out and enjoy this bowl of heaven!
