Ingredients
220g Fat Free Cream Cheese
227g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
60g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
8g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Preparation
1. Add all of the ingredients to your food processor and blend it all together on low. You want to get a smooth, frosting-like consistency and might have to stop from time-to-time to scape some of the frosting off of the sides.
