14 Reduced-Fat Oreos
80g All-Purpose Flour
30g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
30g Birthday Cake Batter Vegan Protein Cookie Butter Powder
16g Coconut Flour
6g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
6g Baking Powder
20g Sprinkles (optional)
100g Egg Whites
200ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Preparation
1. Add all your dry ingredients into a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Now add your wet ingredients and combine till it’s a smooth batter. Add batter to the freezer to cool for 5-10 minutes to help thicken up a bit more.
2. Once your batter is cool, take it out and it’s time to dip your Oreos. Before doing that, spray your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray and then dip once oreo at a time into your bowl of matter and cover with batter. I prefer to use a fork here. Once covered, add to your air fryer. Repeat this process for all 7 for your first batch.
3. Air fry the Oreos on 400 degrees F for 3 minutes. Repeat the process for the second batch of 7. Once done, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
