2 Slices Sara Lee 45 Cal Bread
10g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
8g Black Cocoa Powder
2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix (optional)
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
30g Low Carb Blueberry Jam Recipe

Preparation

1. Add protein powder, black cocoa powder, pudding mix and zero cal sweetener to a bowl. Mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water 10ml at a time and mix and repeat there is a thick but not too thick creamy peanut butter like consistency. Add the refrigerator to cool.
2. Then lay a slice of bread flat, add the Oreo butter & jelly to your slice and enjoy!
