2g Coconut Flour
2g Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix (optional)
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
30g Low Carb Raspberry Jam Recipe
1. Add your protein powder, powdered pb, coconut flour, pudding mix and zero cal sweetener to a bowl. Mix to avoid clumping. Then slowly add cold water 10ml at a time and mix and repeat till you have a thick but not too thick creamy peanut butter like consistency. Add to fridge to cool.
2. Then lay a slice of bread flat, add the protein pb and raspberry jelly to a slice and enjoy.
