1 Small Box Strawberry Sugar Free Jello Mix
1⁄2 Cup Hot Water
275g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
60g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

Preparation

1. Microwave 1⁄2 cup water until warm but not boiling. Add in jello mix and whisk together.
2. Now add in greek yogurt and mix until there aren’t any chunks.
3. Lastly, add protein powder and sweetener and mix those in till smooth.
4. Add evenly to the 4oz mason jars. Add to fridge to set for about an hour or so.
5. Then take out, mix with your spoon to work into a mousse frosting like consistency and then enjoy!
