1 La Banderita Low Carb Tortilla
4oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
1 Slice Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese
12g Shredded Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

1. Preheat a stove top pan to medium/high heat (7/10) and preheat the oven to 525 degree F. Take 4oz of meat and separate into 4 individual 1 oz patties. Add some sea salt to each. These will only be on the pan for a minute or so on each side to ensure they aren’t over cooked.
2. Once done, begin assembling the crunch wrap. Lay the tortilla down flat, add 1/4th of the cheese slice, 3g of shredded cheddar and then the burger. Repeat this process until add four patties are on the tortilla. Fold up your crunch wrap, i.e. one side at a time until the tortilla meets in the middle at the top and put in the oven with folded side facing down.
3. Spray top with butter spray and add to the oven. Cook until golden. Then take out, slice open and enjoy.
