COOKIE BUTTER BASE
50g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
15g Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
6g Black Cocoa Powder
16g Coconut Flour
6g Stevia
120ml Cold Water
Natural Red Food Coloring
2 Red Velvet Oreos
FROSTING SWIRLS
10g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
2g Coconut Flour
1g Stevia
20g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
10ml Cold Water

Preparation

1. Mix all dry cookie butter ingredients (except for the Oreos) in a bowl to avoid clumping.
2. Add in 60ml of cold water and mix, then add in the other 60ml and mix some more. You want to get a thick icing/frosting-like consistency. Once you get that desired consistency, add about 5 drops of red food coloring in and mix until the cookie butter is a red velvet color, then crush up the Oreos and mix everything together.
3. Repeat that process to make the frosting swirls. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then mix in the greek yogurt to get a crumbly like consistency. Add in 10ml of cold water and mix some more. You want to get a frosting like consistency here.
4. Add the cookie butter, a little at a time, then swirl in the frosting as you go. Do this until the entire 8oz mason jar is filled. Place a cover on top and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Keeping it there overnight is even better.
