30g Strawberry Flavored Whey/Casein Protein of choice
9g Powdered PB
9g Coconut Flour
3g Stevia
75ml Cold Water
4-6 Drops Natural Red Food Coloring
SHORTCAKE LAYER
20g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
10g Peanut Butter Flavored Whey/Casein Protein of choice (can use vanilla)
9g Powdered PB
9g Coconut Flour
3g Stevia
75ml Cold Water

Preparation

1. Mix the dry strawberry cookie butter ingredients in a bowl to avoid clumping. Add in 35ml of cold water and mix, then add in the other 40ml and mix some more. You want a thick icing/frosting like consistency. Once you get to that desired consistency, mix in the food coloring.
2. Mix the dry shortcake cookie butter ingredients in a bowl to avoid clumping. Add in 35ml of cold water and mix, then add in the other 40ml and mix some more. You want a thick icing/frosting like consistency.
3. Add 1 crumbled Strawberry Shortcake Oreo to each cookie butter bowl and mix. Layer the cookie butter in the mason jar. Start with a shortcake layer, then a strawberry layer and repeat until the entire jar is filled. Add a cover on top and place it in the fridge. It’s best to let the cookie butter sit in the jar for at least 1-2 hours to thicken up. Keeping it overnight is even better
