2 Cans Chunk Light Tuna in water
6 Slices Pumpernickel Rye Bread
90g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
3 Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges
60g Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt Guac
6g Garlic Powder
2g Sea Salt
10g Baby Arugula
30g Sliced Tomato
1. Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees F. Open the cans of tuna and drain the excess water. Add the tuna to a bowl along with greek yogurt, garlic powder, and sea salt. Mix together.
2. Add 20g reduced guilt guacamole to one slice of bread and a laughing cow cheese wedges to another slice. Add 1⁄3 of the tuna mixture on top of the guacamole side slice along with the sliced tomato and baby arugula. Add the slice of bread with the cheese wedge on top. Repeat this process with the other two sandwiches.
3. Add to oven for 8-10 minutes until golden on top! Then take out, slice in half and enjoy!
