1 Can Safe Catch Ahi Tuna (I get these from Costco and they are amazing!)
1 Whole Medium Avocado (About 4oz)
2 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Preparation

1. Add all to your bowl, mix and BOOM! All done! You can add to sandwiches, English muffins, rice cakes, and 4x4 crunch wraps. Enjoy!
