10g Level-1 or Protein of Choice
10g Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
2g Coconut Flour
2g Stevia
8-10 Drops Red Natural Food Coloring
62g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Optional. Can substitute with water)
10g Fat Free Cream Cheese
20g White Chocolate

Preparation

1. Add the dry ingredients into a small food processor and pulse to combine them. Take the nonfat greek yogurt and add the red natural food coloring to it and mix. Then add greek yogurt in evenly over the dry ingredients to avoid clumping. Then pulse 15- 20 times. It should be a little crumbly but when the crumbles are combined they should form a ball. Repeat this process creating two (~24g) dough balls. Add 5g of fat free cream cheese to the middle of each one as the dough is formed into a ball.
2. Add some parchment paper on top of a plate to ensure when white chocolate is added to the balls, it doesn’t stick to the plate when it hardens. Take 20g of white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to melt.
3. Take each dough ball and dip the bottom in the white chocolate and placed the dipped side onto the parchment paper. Then add rest of the white chocolate on top and sides of the ball with a spoon. Place in the refrigerator to let harden. These can also be placed in the freezer to expedite the cooling process.
4. Then take out and enjoy!
