MEDIA RELEASE FORM

**I, hereby grant my consent to the Trail of Champions and its sponsors to capture, record, and publish my image, voice, and likeness in various media formats, including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, and written content, during the Trail of Champions event.

**I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:**

1. **Media Release:** I grant the Trail of Champions and its sponsors the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish any media captured during the event, which may include my image, voice, or likeness, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, both online and offline.

2. **Contact Information Sharing:** I consent to providing my contact information to the Trail of Champions and its sponsors for communication related to the event, promotional materials, and future updates. This information may include my name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

3. **Duration of Consent:** This consent is effective from the date of signing and shall remain in effect indefinitely, allowing the Trail of Champions and its sponsors to use the media captured during the event for the purposes stated above.

4. **No Compensation:** I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of my image, voice, or likeness by the Trail of Champions and its sponsors.

5. **Withdrawal of Consent:** I understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to the Trail of Champions. However, any media already published or in use by the Trail of Champions and its sponsors may continue to be used.
